Liam Forland is Chief of Staff at Channel 39 Ventures, where he partners with co-founders Sam Russo and Bill Lebo to build and back early-stage startups in defense, hard tech, and dual-use sectors. Before Channel 39, he worked at Dive Technologies, contributing across operations and strategy as the team grew from seed to acquisition. He also advised Fortune 500 companies and startups on go-to-market strategy and product development as a strategy consultant in New York.

Liam holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (PPE), with a minor in Human-Centered Design.

Interests: Experimenting with food fusions, keeping up with the UFC and NFL, and exploring new sour beers.
