Bill is a Co-Founder of Channel 39, where he helps engineers become founders, translating vision into shipped product without losing time or team culture. Before launching Channel 39, he co-founded Dive Technologies in 2018 with Sam and Jerry Sgobbo to “build the thing they couldn’t not build,” leading the design, manufacture, and delivery of the Dive-LD autonomous underwater vehicle, capable of diving to 6,000 meters, traveling 1,000 kilometers, and supporting military and commercial missions alike. Dive was acquired by Anduril Industries in 2022, where Bill created and scaled engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams in the newly formed Maritime division.

Prior to Dive, Bill joined Bluefin Robotics in 2012 as a mechanical engineer and program manager, eventually leading heavyweight Autonomous Underwater Vehicle development under General Dynamics Mission Systems. He began his career building robotic automation systems for high-volume semiconductor manufacturing while Co-Founding and coding for the digital image manipulation company, Phosaic. Bill studied Mechanical Engineering at Rutgers University.
